AppalCART FY 2026-2027 Proposed Budget

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The AppalCART Director’s recommended budget for fiscal year 2026/2027 has been submitted to the AppalCART Board of Directors as of Monday, April 20, 2026. A copy of the proposed budget is available for public inspection at the AppalCART Human Resources & Administrative Coordinator’s office at 305 NC Highway 105 Bypass, Boone NC and on the AppalCART website at https://www.appalcart.com/post/appalcart-fy-2026-2027-proposed-budget. A public hearing on the proposed budget shall be held on Monday, June 1st, 2026 at 3:00 pm to allow public comment at which time any persons who wish to be heard on the budget may appear. The budget hearing will be held in the conference room located at AppalCART at 305 NC Highway 105 Bypass, Boone, NC. If you have questions, please call 828-297-1300.
